Kamemanshuzo Brewery is the southern tip Japanese sake manufacturer since 1916 when it comes to natural brewing method. We have done our best endeavor to persuit the best quality of Japanese sake by inprovintg its sake making know-how to match mild mineral aboudant water with one of the best Sake rice "Yamadanishiki".Those craftmanship bore fruit as local Japanese sake with Nigori zake, Ginjoshu, Junmai Ginjoshu and Genmaishu. They are all loved not only by the local people in Kumamoto pref. but in other prefecturers as well.

Doburoku or nigorizake is a variety of sake, an alcohol beverage produced from rice, its name translates roughly to "cloudy" due to its appearance. Normal sake is usually filtered to remove grain solids left behind after the fermentation process, however nigori sake remains unfiltered, resulting in a far cloudier drink.
